Based on the classic 1993 film, a Hocus Pocus board game has officially been released. The game is targeted for ages eight and up, and a game can have up to six players at a time. 

The game takes roughly 30 minutes to play. The game was released by Ravensburger, who is also known for making Disney’s Villainous game.

The point of the game is to protect the children of Salem as you try to thwart the Sanderson sisters before they finish their potion at sunrise. Other classic characters and spells returning to the game are Binx, Billy Butcherson and the Burning Rain of Death.

Each game contains a set of cards in order to help defeat the Sanderson witches. The game provides a cauldron board, a witch board, a Sun token, four trick tokens, 13 spell cards and 50 ingredient cards. There is also a little Binx playing piece that comes with the game.

The game is available for  about $19 at Target, Walmart and Amazon. If you’re a Hocus Pocus fan, this is a must-have. It definitely sounds like it will be a fun way to spend time with family and friends during the spookiest time of the year.
