Preston Stock, 18, freshman from Waggaman and staff writer for the Nicholls Worth, who posed as a female by the name of “Jamie Jackson” on facebook to harass and threaten students and faculty members will appear in city court for his arraignment on Monday, July 11, 2011 at 9 a.m.
During the 2011 spring semester, the University filed three criminal charges against Stock.
His original arraignment date was scheduled for May 9, but the Attorney Generals Office requested that it be postponed until July 11, for further investigation.
