Chef John Kozar, an assistant professor at the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute, died on Sept. 2, 2024.
No further information on Kozar’s passing is available at this time except for an announcement from Jerad David, Nicholls’ director of communications.
David said memorial services “have not currently been set,” and he will share new information as he receives it.
After the loss of a loved one, talking to someone may be necessary. Nicholls’ Counseling Center offers its services to all students, faculty and staff.
