Finding time to participate in extracurricular activities and give back to your community is an important part of the college experience. There are various clubs here on campus, one being the Circle K International [CKI] Club.
The CKI club is dedicated to helping the community in many ways. Katie Louviere, a committed member, said, “Whether it be school or community events, big or small, we are always looking for ways that we could be of service to others.”
Louviere said the club has supported the community by helping with clean-ups, holding events and starting plenty of other projects around the school and the community.
According to Louviere, the group’s goals “are to get as many members as possible to help serve a greater purpose and to make a difference in the community and the lives of others.”
The CKI club is one of the multitude of clubs on campus whose main purpose is to serve others.
“The club always hopes to be as selfless as possible. We hope to attend as many events as we can in the coming future,” Louviere said.
