SGA vice president elected

Gavin Johnson was elected Student Government Association vice president with 245 votes. He ran against Alexandra Stoufflet, who had 155 votes.

Relate to Break cancelled

Relate to Break has been cancelled for Thursday due to some on-campus housing facilities shutting down for Spring Break at 4 p.m.

The final Relate of the semester, Relate to Joy, will be April 25.

Legal aid to be offered

Attorney Andrew Wise will be available in the Student Government Association office on the following dates to provide legal advice and notary services to students free of charge:

April 5 – 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

April 19 – noon to 2 p.m.

April 26 – 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

May 2 – 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Scholarships still available for spring semester

Today is the deadline to turn in scholarship applications to the Scholarship Office in Candies Hall.

Applications are available at nichollsalumni.org/about-us/scholarships or in the Scholarship Office. Students who have received other scholarships or awards, have extra-curricular activities or are members of organizations must attach a co-curricular form to each application submitted. The forms may be obtained in the Student Affairs Office or at nicholls.edu/osa.
