THIBODAUX, La. — Rene’s Bar will host its grand reopening on Aug. 15 at 5 p.m.
The Molaison family announced their partnership with JLB Entertainment LLC and its goal of breathing new life into a cornerstone, historic venue of the community.
“We’re incredibly proud to partner with JLB Entertainment in bringing Rene’s Bar back to its former glory,” said a spokesperson for the Molaison family. “This bar has always been more than just a place to have a drink—it’s a piece of Thibodaux history.”
JLB Entertainment produced internal and external renovations to tie together atmospheric nostalgia with a force of innovation.
In an ever-evolving city, the owners hope the reopening of Rene’s Bar will spark memories of the building’s rich past and a vision of its promising future.
