Kershawns Fisher and Quinton Sharkey stood out on defense.
Fisher got into the backfield in 11 on 11s and came up with a tackle for loss
Sharkey intercepted a pass after a ricochet he caused.
Linebacker Jacob Parker was responsible for a pass breakup as well.
Redshirt Freshman receiver Jason Barnes III caught a pass along the sidelines for a touchdown pass.
Receiver Terry Mathews caught a deep touchdown pass and broke two screenplays for would-be touchdowns.
After Tank Mcmath dropped a pass in the endzone Pat McQuaide was seen talking the receiver through the play and communicated how he wanted the route run effectively.
