Week six of the NFL

Week six of the National Football League (NFL) left one team still looking for their first win, and three still undefeated. 

Sunday, the Miami Dolphins defeated their divisional rival the New York Jets 24-0, leaving the Jets still looking to get their first win of the season. 

The New York Giants and the Atlanta Falcons both got their first wins of the season on Sunday. 

The Giants beat their divisional rivals the Washington Football Team 20-19 and the Falcons won their game against the Minnesota Vikings 40-23. 

The Indianapolis Colts beat the Cincinnati Bengals 31-27. The Denver Broncos beat the New England Patriots 18-12 and the Baltimore Ravens won their game against the Philadelphia Eagles 30-28. 

The Chicago Bears won their game against the Carolina Panthers 23-16. The Detroit Lions won their game against the Jacksonville Jaguars 34-16. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Green Bay Packers 38-10. The San Francisco 49ers won their game against their divisional rivals, the Los Angeles Rams, 24-16. 

Three teams remain undefeated after week six’s games. Those teams include the Tennessee Titans, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Seattle Seahawks. 

The Titans beat their divisional rivals, the Houston Texans, after going into overtime, 42-36. The Steelers defeated their divisional rivals the Cleveland Browns 38-7. 

The Seahawks were on their bye week this week along with the New Orleans Saints, the Las Vegas Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers. 

Monday had two games played, due to Thursday’s being pushed back. 

The pushed back game between the Kansas City Cheifs and Buffalo Bills, ended with the Chiefs winning 26-17. 

The Monday night game between the Arizona Cardinals and the Dallas Cowboys ended with the Cardinals winning 38-10.  

Week 7 starts Thursday with a divisional matchup between the Giants and the Eagles. Teams on their bye week include the Ravens, Colts, Dolphins and Vikings.
