Men’s basketball starts the season with a pair of road games:

The men’s basketball team is back in action following a 14-17 campaign last season.

The Colonels begin the season on Nov. 5, when they face off against the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois.  

On Nov. 9, the men’s team will stay on the road as they take on the University of Pittsburgh.

Women’s basketball begins the season with two games on the road:

The Colonels finished the 2018-2019 season with a 20-13 record overall.

On Nov. 5, the women’s team tips-off against the Rice University Owls in Houston, Texas.

On Nov. 10, the Colonels travel to Bloomington, Indiana, for a game against the University of Indiana.

Volleyball team looks to get back to winning after dropping six games in a row:

The Colonels lost a pair of home games last week, falling to Central Arkansas 0-3 in consecutive sets and dropping a match 1-3 against Northwestern State University.

On Nov. 7, the volleyball team takes on the University of New Orleans at 7 p.m. in Thibodaux. The Colonels will look to avenge a 3-1 loss to New Orleans that was suffered earlier in the season. 

On. Nov. 9, the Colonels take on McNeese State University in Lake Charles.

Football team will try to keep momentum going at home following a big road win:

The Colonels were able to get back on track with a dramatic win against the University of the Incarnate Word.

Behind a career-high 178 yards rushing by running back Julien Gums and a last-second defensive stand, the football team improved their record to 5-4.

On Nov. 9, the Colonels take on Houston Baptist University in Thibodaux at 3 p.m. for the military appreciation/hall of fame game.
