Q: Where did the name Chi Alpha come from?
A: “The Bible was first written in Greek, and Chi Alpha means ‘Christou Apostoloi’ in Greek. Our Greek letters are XA, and it translates to ‘Christ’s sent ones.'”
Q: What kind of organization is Chi Alpha?
A: “We are all about Jesus. We are a trans-denominational organization.”
Q: As president, what is your vision for Chi Alpha?
A: “Basically for more people to have an intimate relationship with Christ, and for more people to know the basics about being a Christian.”
Q: Does Chi Alpha hold a weekly service?
A: “Yes, on Thursday nights in the LeBijou Theater at 7 p.m. We call it ‘Thursday Night Live.’ We have worship, and Pastor Chris Buckle will speak. We usually have our most attendance on those nights.”
Q: What is your favorite part about being in Chi Alpha?
A: “One thing I like is that it’s not about the kingdom of Chi Alpha, it’s about the Kingdom of God. I also like the relationships that are formed with other Christians and how those relationships grow towards Christ.”

A: “There are chapters world-wide.”
Q: Who is welcomed to join Chi Alpha?
A: “If anybody wants to follow Christ with us, they are welcome.”

A: ” They were only from Monday through Thursday on the first week of classes.”
Q: Do you plan on having the free rides again?
A: “Maybe next year during the first week again. I think it would be awesome to have year-round.
