Get in the Halloween Spirit with Halloween TV Specials

Whether you are going trick or treating or dressing up for the local costume contest, Halloween is finally here.

Along with the isles of stores filled with costumes for all ages and bags on top of bags of candy, houses in neighbors replaced their summer flowers with skeletons and other spooky things.

Even if you plan on spending this Halloween at home you can still get into the spirit with the Halloween TV specials that have being going on all month long.

This year on Freeforms 13 Nights of Halloween, they have an all-day movies on Monday. It starts with the “Goonies” at 7:00 am and ends the night with “Hocus Pocus” at 12:00 am.

To honor their tradition, AMC FearFest starts at 9:00 am with “Halloween.” The day continues with a marathon of all the Halloween movies with the final movie starting at 10:00 pm, which is “Halloween” the original again.

If you want to get in touch with your inner child, Disney Channel is currently in their month of Monstober. They air different Halloween Disney Movies which started on October 2 and will end on Halloween with an airing of “Mostly Ghostly 2: Have You Met My Ghoulfriend?” at 1:00 am and the “Spookley the Square Pumpkin” at 6:00 am.

For all of you who love classic movies, Turner Classic Movies Channel is airing its October Horror. On Halloween day, the movies begin at 6:00 am and the last movie airs at 4:30 am. Some movies being aired are: “Dementia 13,” “The Haunting,” and “The Mummy.”

Syfy is hosting its own 31 Days of Halloween which has lasted the entire month. On Halloween Day, the movies begin at 6:00 am with “The Twilight Zone” and continues with various movies nonstop until the last movie “The Cabin in the Woods” airing at 11:00 pm.

Staying in Halloween night could turn into a movie night, with various different channels specials playing a wide range of movies, they have a movie for every age.
